Fadzai Nhamburo

A marketing graduate, with honors, of the Robert H. Smith School of Business, Fadzai has been a rising star in the media industry for over a decade, with experience working the full sales funnel, from pre to post sales, at household names such as The Washington Post, NBC / Comcast Universal and Snapchat. Fadzai’s experience has covered the gamut of the media ad sales world - working with print, digital, mobile, experiential and out of home just to name a few; in her corporate work life, she has worked with mom and pop retail shops to Fortune 500 brands. She has held technical, heavy operational, sales strategy & planning, local/national/global sales in both hunter and harvester capacities, as well as leadership roles emphasizing strategy, coaching an mentorship.

Fadzai is the only child of two Zimbabwean parents

A first generation American with a widely global family across the world.
This unique family background and upbringing is a big driver of the growth mindset Fadzai lives and aims to spread with those around her - seeing first hand the hard work and sacrifices of her family, to mixed success, was an early lesson about the benefits of access to pertinent knowledge and resources.
